Beware that our jigsaw puzzles and board games have small pieces that small children may put in their mouths or other interesting body crevices a child is exploring.  Please do not leave jigsaw puzzles or board games out and left unattended with small children.

Puzzle Care?

Puzzle care consists of practical common sense, keep the wooden jigsaw puzzle dry, use care when disassembling the pieces, as the edges on the whimsy and silhouette pieces are delicate and can be fragile.  Taking proper care of your jigsaw puzzle provides you the opportunity to pass your memories and keepsake treasures to the next generation.

Yes we do, however the address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box. Sometimes a shipping delay may occur if our fraud prevention measures require further verification of the order.  

Not at this time, currently, if you need to ship to 2 or more addresses, you will need to process additional orders for each address.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days depending on the season

Yes, we ship outside of the U.S.  Note that the shipping time will vary on the country destination.

Shipping Weight, how is that determined:

We continue to see new shipping rates, no longer is it just based on weight.  Our board games, rocking horses, toy boxes, and piggy banks are based on dimensional weight, this is calculated by the height x width x length.
