If you feel you have received a Puzzle Man Game Board, Toy Box and/or Toy, that is damaged or inferior please contact customer service at contactus@grainsoftimewoodenpuzzlesnmore.com. Refunds for defects or other problems will be determined on a case by case basis.

• Directions for General Returns, if approved, for Puzzle Man Game Board, Toy Boxes and Toys:

• Send an email to contactus@grainsoftimewoodenpuzzlesnmore.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).  Notification of a return must be received by Grains of Time, Wooden Puzzles ‘n More via email or telephone within 5 days of delivery.

• Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

• Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your RMA number on the inside and outside of your box. Your account will be credited with a full refund minus the shipping charges when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

• There may be a 20% Re-stocking charge on returned items, depending on the reason and condition of the product.

Colors of Products:

Colors of products may vary slightly because every computer monitor has a different pixel display. We use hi-resolution photographs to display all of our products so if there is a minor variation in color it will be negligible.  

Sizes of Products and Display Features:

All of our products shown on our website are approximate sizes. Due to the nature of wood, sizes may vary slightly. All of the measurements used are as realistic as we can be and under no circumstances exaggerated. All of our style displays are single dimensional and may not capture the proper depth of the item. Please take this into consideration when ordering.


Availability:

Product availability is subject to change.  It is possible that an earlier order may deplete our selection without notice. If this were to occur we would notify you by phone or email and refund your credit card.


Prices:

We reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice due to market conditions.


Shortages, Claims and Damages:


All shipments that are short products or have visible damages must be filed within (5) five days of receipt of merchandise to Grains of Time, Wooden Puzzles ‘n More via email or telephone. The 5 day grace period must be adhered to for your claim to be accepted. No claims will be honored after that period.

Damages that are shipping related - contact the responsible shipping carrier.
