We create custom jigsaw puzzles of any images that you provide. You can send your image to us via email, disk, memory card, or the photograph itself to scan. We return images on a disk, memory card or actual photograph with your new custom puzzle(s).

Image Resolution

To ensure the best possible puzzle that you will treasure for years to come, a high quality photograph or digital image is a necessity. Digital cameras should be set to the highest image resolution possible. This allows us to fit it to the puzzle size without sacrificing the quality of the image. The recommended minimum resolution is: 2400 x 1800 (for small puzzles) and 4800 x 3200 (for large puzzles)

Depending on the aspect ratio of your image, we may need to crop it to fit our puzzle sizes.

Mail your photo to orders@grainsoftimewoodenpuzzlesnmore.com. You also need to complete the order selecting the size(s) of the puzzle you wish to create. Please include the order number on the email you send along with the image and the name of the Puzzle that appears on the outside of the puzzle box.

Personal Touch - Yes - Add a personal message to the reverse of your puzzle!
If you select this option, once you add your custom jigsaw puzzle to the shopping cart, check personal message adding to the cart . More than one personal message - please note these messages in your email and on which size puzzle it should appear, the engraving of the personal messages appear on the backside of the puzzle in a 6" x 3" area.

Engraving space is limited to an area of approximately 6" x 3", so we recommend keeping your message short and sweet.

Your custom puzzles will generally ship within one week after receiving and approving your image.

Image Copyright
We are not legally able to modify or print any copyrighted images that you do not own. Submitting an order for a custom wooden jigsaw puzzle states you legally own the image(s) and are responsible for any copyright issues or violations.

Image Resolution
Try to use the highest resolution on your digital camera. If you're ordering a large size puzzle, this is especially important. We can expand any image, but doing so to an especially small image will cause it to be blurry and pixilated. If you are scanning a print, use 300 DPI as your scan setting.

The minimum recommended resolution for small puzzles (up to 13x19) is 2400 x 1800, while for large puzzles (16x18-16x22) is 4800 x 3200.
This will help ensure that the print will be clear even when looking closely at it while putting together the puzzle.
