Grains of Time, Wooden Puzzles 'n More uses multiple suppliers to provide you an array of puzzles and games. Most of our products require a lead-time of 15 days before shipping the item e.g. the custom handmade jigsaw puzzle board is handcrafted upon the order you placed. A custom wooden jigsaw puzzle requires additional time to create this special puzzle; there is a lead-time of around 30 – 45 days. Holidays are a very busy time of year, if you wish to receive your wooden jigsaw puzzles and wooden jigsaw puzzle boards by December 25th the order needs placing no later than November 1st. Depending on the products, you selected in the same order they may arrive at different times. If an item is found to have been mistakenly left off of an order please let us know at

In some cases, depending on the availability of the product(s) or the custom product(s) that you select will determine the shipping date. If you feel you have received a Puzzle Man Game Board, Toy Box and/or Toy, that is damaged or inferior please contact customer service at contactus@grainsoftimewoodenpuzzlesnmore.com. Refunds for defects or other problems will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Directions for General Returns, if approved, for Puzzle Man Game Board, Toy Boxes and Toys:
- Send an email to contactus@grainsoftimewoodenpuzzlesnmore.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Notification of a return must be received by Grains of Time, Wooden Puzzles ‘n More via email or telephone within 5 days of delivery.
- Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
- Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your RMA number on the inside and outside of your box. Your account will be credited with a full refund minus the shipping charges when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- There may be a 20% Re-stocking charge on returned items, depending on the reason and condition of the product.
